Remuneration is based on the program you become eligible for after a brief assessment and begins at $15/hr. ​ You can choose your hours during the day or evening and select as many programs that you can handle effectively. Each new registrant who creates a free profile (b/w 6/11 and 8/31) and enrolls in a certification course (by 9/30) will be considered for course fee refund. ​ Candidate must enter 1236188 as Referral ID/CSP ID and 92470 as EIN in their profile creation page. ​
Once that agent passes the certification course, a production SOW (Statement of Work) is offered. ​
​Once that agent successfully services the first 30 days of the production SOW, course fees will be refunded.
The new registrant will click on Register Here and create a profile. When asked ‘Did you learn about the Arise Platform from a call center or one of their agents?’, the new registrant must enter ‘Yes.’
The new registrant will then be asked to ‘Enter referring agent ID (CSPID)’. He or she must enter the 1236188.

PROGRAM FAQ
1. Where does the new registrant indicate he or she was referred ? ​ The new registrant will click on Register Now and create a profile. When asked ‘Did you learn about the Arise Platform from a call center or one of their agents?’, the new registrant must enter ‘Yes.’ The new registrant will then be asked to ‘Enter referring agent ID (CSPID)’. 2. What does it mean to enroll in a certification course? Enrollment starts with registering to attend the certification course for a particular client program. The enrollment process can also include completing assessments, background checks and/or drug tests prior to the start of the class. Once all steps have been completed and the new registrant has paid for the course, he or she has completed the enrollment process and is ready to attend the certification course.
3. What does it mean to complete all certification requirements and pass a course? To complete all certification requirements and pass a course means the agent has successfully completed a certification course for a client program, e.g. attending class, completing self-paced work, passing all quizzes/exams, and, if applicable, completed the certification Statement of Work (SOW). Once the call center has been offered a production SOW, all certification requirements are considered complete.

Steps
1. Create a simple profile. It only takes five minutes. Just click on the orange button at the top of the page ​
2. Sign a non-disclosure agreement. This is when you get to access all of the names of the prestigious client opportunities available. ​
3. Enter 92470 at EIN of the company you will be working for. ​
4. Review the client opportunities available, and select one that works for you. Be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement, which provides all of the important details about each client project. ​
5. Enroll in a certification course that works with your schedule. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses. Most come with a fee that ranges from $29 to $85. These courses are required by clients and provide details about the client’s systems and the requirements of the particular program. These programs are client driven and certify the agents of call center companies using the Arise platform to interact with the brand’s customers after passing an assessment that validates they understand client call types, performance metrics, client systems, and more. ​
6. Then prepare to service your clients and start earning revenue!
